Case Study of Zuperquick

The client requirement was to create an e-commerce grocery portal, as well as online grocery marketplace, which helped vendors in selling groceries the rich world of online grocery shopping. They wanted the portal to manage a large number of products and product categories. Easy navigation for customers, as well as operational efficiency was their priority. Their aim is to achieve highest position in the online grocery business.

For Whom and Why

BridgeKrone Online Pvt. Ltd. wanted to build Online Grocery Market Place to be known as Zuperquick for Vendors as well as Customers. Their idea was to provide a platform for vendors to sell their groceries online in their respective areas. From the users perspective, the goods to be delivered in quick time. So while browsing, user need to choose their location to see grocery items which are available in the area. Because of this, Zuperquick achieved their objective of reducing real time Delivery to the great extinct. (Delivery within 60 minutes)

Project Objectives

1 Online Store Front end to be responsive which will be accessible for latest Mobile Phones. Store Front End should have elegant navigation menus, User Login/ Register, Search Entire Store Option. Promotional Banners, Properly Sorted Products into Featured Products, Top Selling Products and Fetch Product will have Discount tag, SMS alerts.

2 Admin will be able to add new vendors with respect to their areas and cities. Admin should have all controls to manage online store front end. Mange orders, sells reports, add new products, product categories, discounts, shipping charges and banners. There should be a CMS System to update content on privacy, terms & conditions and shipping policy pages.

3 Vendor Panel should rights to update their inventory by selecting from the product list and add the quantities available at their store along with their prices and discounts (if any). For each new order, they should get SMS and Email notifications, Order reports for their groceries by selecting date and time options.
