Introduction

The Pretty Woman Company was willing to launch responsive unique shopping website under their domain name womanscomfort.com it is ecommerce website to buy women innerwear and lingerie online.

Challenges

The main Challenge faced by Apps Dev Hub was the requirements of various levels of customization including categories, shopping carts, banners ads, upload more than thousand products on single click, etc. Moreover, the support team was required to provide a full-fledged training sessions for educating the administrators of website on using Admin Panel features.

How we made it?

Apps Dev Hub had a perfect solution for meeting the requirements of WomansComfort which is developed on Codeigniter (PHP) framework. By setting easy customization as base requirement, our technical team planned appropriately to customize whole website to fit in various other demands which were been put forth by client.

User Interface and User Experience Design:

In the user interface and user experience designing, Angular Minds faced an unusual challenge which its designing team haven't faced yet. After performing the necessary customization to make the responsive website, Apps Dev Hub had came up with unique design concept. The layout was appropriately designed to suit client demands as arrangement of side bars, banners, widgets, social media, Call to Action buttons, New Arrivals, Featured Products, Top selling Products.

Single Page Checkout:

For the customers to make instant payments without experiencing hassles, the single page checkout option was introduced to allow customers to mention all the essential details like billing information, shipping methods, shipping address, payment methods, etc. on a single page without having to undergo lengthy checkout procedure.

Inventory Management:

Administrator have controls on Product Management Module (Product Name, Description, Features, brand, MRP, Selling Price, Product Images and Category). To receive the updates on stock of any Products, admin can set minimum quantity for product while updating stock, if the stock of any product goes below mentioned quantity then it will be marked as Shortage Stock Product. Admin receives the notification of low stock product. Each time when order is placed administrator has controls to update the order status which will be sent to customer through SMS and emails.

Discount Coupons :

A daily deals offers to gain customer retention as one of feature to sell more products. Administrators can manage such offers through admin panel. (Discount Name, Coupon Code, Percentage, Usability Count, Expiry Date, Minimum order amount, etc.)

Payment System:

Cash on Delivery and Online payment Gateway was used for WomansComfort. For Cash on delivery option, it is limited to certain areas which gets checked at the time of billing information. For online payments, third party gateway is used.

How was The Pretty woman benefitted?

WomansComfort was launched as eCommerce shopping portal to buy women lingerie offering attractive discounts, product features, easy checkout and trusted customer service.
